Deadline for Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item that is returned damaged, used, missing parts, or is past the 30-day period from delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Returns Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us by clicking Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after several days:
- Verify your bank account balance.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
